for disability benefits The SSA received approximately 190 000 less applications
than what was expected in fiscal year (FY) 2020 The report found one process center (PSC) had more than 20 000 pieces of o unprocessed return mail One field office had nearly 700 benefits applications
that were more than a a a a a a a year old waiting to be processed
