They explain everything, so you know what to expect. The important part is to make sure your physicians are aware of the process in order for your claim to go smoothly. You are a team, and if you don’t do your part, then they (your attorney) can’t do theirs. My claim was approved the first time around! Though that may not be the case for everyone, it is imperative that you complete your forms in an honest and timely manner, and provide your attorney updates regarding your health and treatments.
