With a Juris Doctorate from Wayne State University, earned in April 2010, and a bachelor’s degree from Albion College, Patrick brings a robust legal foundation to his practice.

Patrick also holds a certification in Public Government from the Michigan Attorney General’s Pro-Bono SAAG program, obtained in October 2010. His professional affiliations include membership in the State Bar of Michigan, the Detroit Bar Association and the Incorporated Society of Irish American Lawyers.

Before joining Disability Attorneys of Michigan™, Patrick gained broad legal experience across various practice areas, including juvenile justice, criminal law, collections, probate, no-fault auto claims, and appellate work. Notably, his appellate work includes writing numerous appeals in child protection cases, with one Court of Appeals decision adopting his argument to enhance protections for victims of child abuse.

Patrick’s dedication extends beyond the courtroom; he has volunteered with organizations such as Big Brothers/Big Sisters, Freedom House, Michigan Humane Society, and the Student Hurricane Relief Network in New Orleans, Louisiana. His commitment to public service and his deep compassion for his clients underscore his approach to legal practice, where he provides thoughtful, client-centered counsel aimed at achieving fair and successful outcomes.
