It was a lengthy process, but they were always prompt about getting what they needed to put my case together. Anytime I called with more information or a question, they were friendly, comforting and professional. Andrea spoke to me over the phone the day before my hearing to answer any questions and gave me a positive perspective to help me cope with it. The day of the hearing, she was early and preparing. When I arrived, she helped me stay calm and made it an easy experience. This is a wonderful team of people that genuinely work to help us.
